Amazing service! I returned home from a long day of traveling home from vacation at 9:30 pm on Sunday to find the temperature in my house at 95 degrees. I called and left a voice mail with A/C Solutions, figuring that someone would get back to me in the morning. It is an hour later and my house is cool! Ethan called me back within 15 minutes of my voice mail, was at my house 15 minutes after that, and had the part on his truck to fix my problem right away (fortunately just a capacitor that needed replacing). I am thankful to be sleeping in a cool house tonight and very impressed with the service I received.
I can’t tell you how much I am thankful for this company!!They are the kindest, most thoughtful, respectful, and hard-working individuals from the owners to the employees I have dealt with in a long time!! Arrived when they said, did a COMPLETE ac/heating replacement, cleaned up the tiniest pieces of trash/paper and were on their way within hours. AND I didn’t have to sit in a hot house all day dreaming of cool air!! Saying “Thank you” just isn’t enough for the work you did today….
