Amazing service! I returned home from a long day of traveling home from vacation at 9:30 pm on Sunday to find the temperature in my house at 95 degrees. I called and left a voice mail with A/C Solutions, figuring that someone would get back to me in the morning. It is an hour later and my house is cool! Ethan called me back within 15 minutes of my voice mail, was at my house 15 minutes after that, and had the part on his truck to fix my problem right away (fortunately just a capacitor that needed replacing). I am thankful to be sleeping in a cool house tonight and very impressed with the service I received.
What a relief to have professionals come out and do an outstanding job! And to not try to sell me things I didn’t need. It was an extremely pleasant experience to communicate and witness a service provider that listens and then follows through with what they say they’re going to do !! Integrity and Professionalism is a rare commodity these days !! Wes was so polite and helpful. We will be calling you next week to do some routine maintenance! Thanks again!

A/C Solutions Heating and Cooling installed a new system in my home October 15th 2024 and can’t be more pleased with the installation and my new heating and cooling system. Everything went smoothly. Also my new HVAC system works marvelously. As you read it’s been a couple of months since the installation and I have tested my new system in hot weather and now the cold weather. The temperature was 31 degrees a few nights ago and it kept the house nice and toasty while I slept. Lastly my electric bill has been quite a bit lower than usual this time of year. A/C motor burnt out last night. I called A/C Solutions this morning and they were here within an hour. Replaced the motor and condenser . Ethan did a great job and the price was very reasonable. Thank you so much A/C Solutions!!!
